No Investment Advice
Diadem Edge provides educational and informational content only. We are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, fiduciary, or tax professional, and nothing on the service is personalized financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
Scores, rankings, commentary, news summaries, model outputs, and other content are general information about securities and markets. They are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any security, and they do not consider your personal objectives, risk tolerance, or financial situation.
Use of the Service
The service has no accounts and is free to use. You may use it to research securities and review scores. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its availability, probe private systems, bypass access controls or rate limits, or use automated scraping, bots, or extraction methods in a way that harms the product or other users.
You may not use the service for unlawful conduct, market manipulation, infringement, abusive traffic, or redistribution of proprietary content except as expressly permitted by us.
Ratings and Data
Scores are generated from internal models using market, company, macroeconomic, and other third-party or internal data sources. Data may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, restated, interrupted, or unavailable, and methodologies may change over time.
We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or future performance. Past performance, historical correlations, and model outputs do not guarantee future results.
Congressional Trading Data
The Congress Trades section shows transactions from Periodic Transaction Reports filed with the Clerk of the U.S. House of Representatives under the STOCK Act. Under 5 U.S.C. § 13107(c), you may not use this information for any unlawful purpose, for any commercial purpose other than dissemination to the general public by news and communications media, to determine or establish anyone's credit rating, or to solicit money for political, charitable, or other purposes. Violations can carry a civil penalty. You agree not to scrape, bulk-download, or redistribute this data for any of those purposes.
Transactions are extracted automatically from PDF filings and may contain errors; the original filing on the Clerk's website is authoritative. Amounts are the ranges filers report, not exact values. Filings arrive up to 45 days or more after the trade, may be amended, and may relate to accounts held by a spouse, dependent child, or jointly rather than by the member. Senate disclosures are not included. Returns and rankings are hypothetical estimates, not actual portfolio performance. The appearance of any person or transaction does not suggest insider trading, a conflict of interest, or any violation of law. Diadem Edge is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. House of Representatives or any member.

Market data, company data, news, and public filings shown on the service belong to their respective sources. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

The service relies on third-party hosting, database, analytics, error-reporting, and market data providers, which are listed in our Privacy & Cookie Policy. We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, or data feeds, and your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
Suspension and Termination
We may block or limit access, investigate misuse, remove content, or limit features if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created security or legal risk, or used the service in a way that could harm us, our providers, or other users.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, business opportunity, trading losses, or investment losses arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims arising out of the service will be limited to USD $100. The service is free, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the individual developer who runs Diadem Edge and our service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, discontinue, or modify the service or any feature at any time. We may also revise these terms from time to time, and the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the service after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
